QUESTIONS

How long does it take to get my package?

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. U.S. delivery usually takes another 3–5 business days, so most U.S. orders arrive within 10 business days. International orders take longer, see shipping times by region. Holidays and high-volume periods may take a little longer.

Can I cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. Most orders enter production within a few hours, and once printing has started we can't cancel the order.

If we're unable to stop it in time, you can return the item after it arrives.

What if something is wrong with my shirt?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days and include a quick photo. We'll make it right at no cost to you.

Can I return or exchange my shirt?

Yes. Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Standard returns and size exchanges are accepted. Exchanges for a different design or color are not. Because each item is made to order, customers cover return shipping for standard returns and exchanges.

How should I wash my shirt?

  • Turn the garment inside out to protect the print.
  • Machine wash: cold (max 30C or 90F)
  • Do not bleach
  • Tumble dry: low heat
  • Iron, steam or dry: low heat
  • Do not dry clean
