Shipping Basics


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $75 - the discount is applied automatically at checkout.
Most orders arrive within 7–10 business days within the U.S. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Please note: Some items may ship separately depending on stock availability, so your orders might arrive in multiple packages.

Can I get a tracking number?


Yes! As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking link.

What do I do if I entered the wrong address?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can help you update your address. Just send us your order number and the correct address as soon as possible. Items are submitted to the production team at 11:30pm the day the product was ordered, so please let us know before that. If the order has already shipped, we’ll do our best, but we can’t guarantee rerouting.

Where’s my order?

It says delivered, but I don’t see it.
Sometimes carriers scan packages before they actually drop them off — give it 48 hours. Still nothing? Let us know right away. 

What if my package was stolen or lost?

If your package is lost in transit or returned to sender, we can replace or refund it. Packages marked as delivered but missing may require a claim with the carrier.
